WHOA! What a relaxing day! We woke up late due to the time change in Labrador City, but actually, in Toronto time, we only woke up 15 minutes later.
We didn’t want to bother Charlie much so we decided to skip breakfast and only go eat brunch at his delicious restaurant. After the lunch, we tried the dumpsite so we could spot some bears, unfortunately, they closed the site down and we couldn’t make it in. :(
Later we visited the information center and did some exploring around the place. We then travelled to Wabush, drove around the area, visited the mall and bought some movies.
We got back to Charlie’s house, sat down, attended radio communication, flare guns and bear pepper spray lectures. Later we sat together, enjoying the movie “Green Zone”. By the time we finished, it was time for dinner! We headed back to Charlie’s restaurant and he welcomed us with a fabulous dinner with spring rolls, fried rice and lobsters! Again, yummy!
Tomorrow we’re going to go visit the Iron Ore of Canada, we all can’t wait! Stay tuned. :)
