Alpha Group / Me3 Foundation Day 0

Today, we were working all day, preparing, shopping, snacking…. Anyways, we were pleased to welcome Quince Lee to Canada, who, after a 16 hour flight seemed to be brimming with energy, despite getting only 5 hours of sleep. Meanwhile, back at HQ, we were organizing supplies, checking equipment, making meal plans, and waiting for the rest of the students. Finally, all of our students arrive! Today is day 0, and the program officially starts tomorrow morning, at 7:00 sharp, so we’ll post again tomorrow. Good night!

Welcome to Canada Mike and Marco!

After a long flight (and an arguably longer traffic jam), Mike and Marco arrived in Canada! Mike and Marco come all the way from Hong Kong, the first of many students arriving for the Monticle Foundations program. They were also surprised to learn that there was a large Chinese community in Markham. We hope that they have a safe and happy stay here in Canada! We look forward to meeting the rest of the students.

Going back to school after March Break!

Edwin:

I Came back from Robert land school for a march break. I live and ate good. I have a good time in Monticle headquarter. I finish all my homework. I will be good. I then passed my CPR and AED test from Canadian Heart and Stoke Foundation. It was really hard for me. I feel good coming out for March break, That school is a good school but you have to suck it up and follow the rule. The teacher and stuff there is not that bad , if you done something bad you will be deep deep problem. The people there a lot of them is doing with drug and gangs.. I have to past my marching or I will be in deep problem. In the school I learn a lot of life lesson. I have to work hard and get me credit. I will be back in April. See you miss you Mom and Dad.

March Break for Edwin 2012

Hi! I am Edwin. I just came back from R.L.A for a March Break stand down for 11 days. Billy buy me a new pair of shoes it is an orange and black adidas . I am really happy. I ate a lot of good foods. I can finally run without stopping and I am now really good at paying attention to detail. Let me tell you guy how is like in the military school. If you listen to order you will have no problem, if you don’t you will have a lot of trouble.
