I was surprised by the fact that there was relatively no snow in Canada during the winter time; it seemed as if it was still fall. The first thing in my mind about the trip was that we were not going to be using the snow shoes. I was right, but that never stopped our group from having fun. On the first day of the trip I met Daniel Awadalla, a new instructor at Monticle, and had the chance to see Raymond again. When we arrived at the campsite it was all wet and muddy, not what you would expect to see in the Canadian winter time. The first thing we did when we unpacked was to hike up towards Lake Huron; we were lost for quite some time. During the hike I had a chance to know Daniel a bit better and he also taught us things about winter camping, like wearing layers for example. When we arrived back at the camp lunch was already made for us and at the same time it started to snow a little. Unfortunately for all of us the snow was wet and in time our coats were soaked with water. That would be the end of the first day.

The second day was better since the snow was covering the floor; winter had truly found its way to Canada. The second day we had a really long hike, we took turns navigating, and Billy and I had a little argument of who was right about where we were. We still don’t know who was right but at least we arrived at our destination. The hike took about 5 hours so it was much longer than we expected. The snow had also stopped falling so at least we could walk easily. By the time we got back to the campsite it was 4 PM. In the end the whole day was spent hiking and we ate dinner after the hike, the dinner was also very good. At night we spent an hour or two in our yurts and we got to know Raymond a little better too. He is a really nice guy, he seems like he as experience to give to us. We talked until 9 and then we went to bed, well at least we did anyways.

The third day was spent cleaning everything up and packing our clothes. The whole morning was dedicated just for that reason. And near the afternoon we set up our tents, we didn’t sleep in them but it was nice to see how hard it was to set up a tent during the winter. We started to go home afterwards. By the time we got back to Monticle it was already 4 and we immediately started cleaning the equipment for that night’s dinner, a Hotpot.

Today we spent our time cleaning as well, just to make sure that we didn’t miss anything. We then put the equipment back to where they belong. After breakfast Billy showed us an interesting training program called TRX, it seems that only a certain group of people can actually by this program. When we tried it out it was really hard and most of us are just beginners. The workout only uses a simple system and does not require any weights. This is what has happened so far today.

Winter camping on the Christmas break but there was barely any snow when we got there but it started snowing like hell. First day of camping was hectic, snowing all day but its part snow part slush so everyone was cold and wet. Second day was much better because it had enough snow to be a winter but not enough to use snowshoes. We went hiking on the Old Shore trail for about 5 hours and went about 20 km and while we were hiking, Alastair needed to go take a dump, so there were no washrooms so he went to take a dump in the wild. Last day we packed up and drove to a remote spot to set up our winter tents to learn about it. The food was all hot and excellent and the sleep was luxurious but when we got back to sleep in the HQ after our movies, I couldn’t spell at all because Calvin and Jacky were alternating snoring so there were no peace. In the end I used my hood as ear plugs to silent the snores but it was pretty fun.

The first time I ever went to winter camping, I felt that it was the most interesting experience I have had in a long time. The first day was the roughest but as time went on and we set up camp everything went together perfectly. We had a good hearty meal and good sleep that day. The second day of winter camping was very fun we had a long hike, this was because we got lost a couple of times and we didn’t anticipate how long the hiking trail was. We learned a lot about the new instructor Raymond, he was fun and interesting. Each night we had long chats and neat stories, long sleeps but early wake ups, and we always had energy to start the morning properly. The comfort stations were very weird because the toilets were mostly clogged and have the stench of poop. In times of need we had to resist the smell. I had a lot of fun during the trip and want to continue on for more winter camps.

The first time that I went to winter camping. The first day Calvin, Jacky me and the ceiner member when to Monticle a day earnly. We get back and we pack. We buy food and pack boxes of cooking equipments. We have two tense too. The next We pack the equipment and wait for our intrutor and off we go to winter camping. We then have a long four hours ride to Mcgror park. I wait a bit for some time for the camp ground. After we reach to the camp ground We unload the our equipment and our personal stuff. Denial and Romen teach us the winter survial and Billy is cooking the sametime. Later we have a hike in the park. We have a deep sleep. The second day we when to when for along hiking around the park with them. We walk about 30m just like we walk down to downtown Toronto. But I felt more tired this time. The next day We pack up and went back to the HQ four another four hour trup back to HQ. we clean our stuff and have a movie night. We watch w movie konfu panda and Apollo 48. They are all good movie. Konfu panda teach me if you have inner peace you can be anything. The next we woke up and we have breakfest together. Later we wrote out blog and watch a movie call warrior. And Billy teach us about and gym equipment call TRX.

This Monticle trip called the winter polar challenge was an exciting opurtunity to exceed my limit and do things that I normal thought were impossible. When we got to the site named McGregor. Once we were there a really nice instructor named Daniel taught us about winter safety and more importantly winter clothing. We learned the material that we should always be wearing fleece like materials. Cotton on the other hand is a material that should be never worn during the winter. after this we went to hike to a nearby lake. This hike was quite simple because of the issue of having no snow at all. There was however lots of rain making a really icy climate. When we got backed we were served a delicious meal of mashed potatoes and vegtables. During this time we had small chit chat and that was still interesting. After this we made a fire and with dinner we went to bad. This first night was comfortable because we were sleeping in a hut and not in a tent. The next day we had long enduring hike that was both tiring but hopeful. The only issue was that Alistar had the runs. The dinner was delicious but for some reason I had a slight fever and the rest of the day was pretty hazy. The next day we learned how to setup the tent and went to hotpot. The hotpot was great although the way we ate was not howi am used to. After that wewatched Kung Fu Pana 2 and Apollo 18. These were all great and with a good nights sleep I feel my fever has disappeared.

This was my first time going to winter camping . On the first night we went to a park called Point McGregor which is next to Lake Huron. It took us four hours to get there. We had our new instructor Raymon with us at the camping. We had some nice potato with sausage. Also our other new instructor Daniel lectured us what to wear for the winter camp. One of the things we didn’t do is snowshoeing. On the second day we went hiking for 28km for 5 and a half hours and had some fun having a snowball fight. On the third day we packed up and made tents. In the evening we had Hot Pot which I never did before. Then we watched Kung Fu Panda 2 and Appalo 18.

The winter camping was the most interesting camping experience so far, mainly because I’m used to the heat in the camping, not the cold. However, there was an upside to winter camping, no bugs, no bugs whatsoever. The drive there was uneventful, and I was assigned three jobs to myself, interestingly enough…
Anyways, when we got there, the first thing we did was unpack the equipment, and we decided that Edwin and Jason would sleep in yurt 48 with Billy and Raymond, and the rest of us would sleep in yurt 50. The first day was just setting up for the next day, however we did have some lectures and some hiking. The next day was the real hiking, we hiked for 5 hours after breakfast, to Lake Huron. The last day was packing up and learning how to set up tent in the winter. We arrived back at monticle HQ at 4:00, and had a fast cleanup. Afterwards, we had hotpot for dinner.

Last Friday afternoon I finished my P.T training. Later, Billy told me to finish the food that I didn’t finish this past 6 months. To Billy also told me that I should ready to pack up and do a big clan up on the apartment this Saturday. Afterward we back to our apartment. I went back to my apartment and took a bath. Afterward we I head to Billy apartment for dinner. Billy let me ate a lot of foods. Billy gave me a lot of rice, duck meat, Chinese red sausage, BBQ chicken, and some vegetables. It was really tasty. It took me very long time to finish the to finish my dinner. Somehow it took me 2 hours. Billy was really angry with me eating too slowly. I felt really full. Billy told me that why you ate so slow Is because you don’t have any Mission, so you take your time and so on so for, then it take forever. Billy told me that I have to work for the army next day, I will not be here till the night time about 11:00pm, he said that you better finish the food. Afterword I went back to the apartment and sleep.

Saturday, morning Shiny day, blue sky with bird singing. The weather was a bit cool. It was freezing out side, around 5*c. I woke up at about 8:00. Start eating the food that I have to finish. I have 1 can of nuts, I can of Ocean fish can food, 1 1/2 bag of chips, 1 bag of spaghetti, and a big bag of classic biscuit and some buns. I start eating the food. Then I start doing the clean up on my room. I find out that my room was somehow a bit messy. I started dumping the things that I don’t need. I find out that I have really a lot of things that I don’t need but I am still keeping it. I start dividing the thing that I need and the thing that I don’t need. I start sticking the cloth and jackets on my Luggage. It toke me a bit of time to finish it up. Then I moved the lockage to the computer room. Then I take my clean cloth and put it on the lockage. Afterward I started a clean up on my room. I flipped the bed to a side and start vacuum. There is a lot of dirt and dusty. I start using the vacuum to clan the floor bed. Later I vacuum the other room. I then sit down and start finishing the buns. Then I start dusting the floor. During the time I am cleaning, Billy noke the door and see if I am working. I throw them in the garbage. Afterward start washing the floor with clean water. Afterward was the kitchen floor, the 2 bathrooms and the had kitchen. Later I have to clean up. Afterword I go for a few minutes break. I then start washing the floor with detergent. To make it more clean. Afterward I clean the 2 bathrooms. It took a bit of time to work on it. Then I cleaned the glass table, Sofa , and the Tv. I ate the rest of the food before 6:00. I wait and wait and wait. I read some magazine. I till 1:00am. I didn’t do anything beside waiting and waiting. I think that No one is coming I make my bed brush and I went to sleep. It was really late.

Sunday, I woke up in the morning. The day is good. No cloud but blue sky. I wake up at about 7:00. Did some extra work on my clean up. Pack my stuff and make sure I everything is ok. I put my shoes in. Later I wait till the noontime. I did a basic clean up. Afterword Billy noke the door and he came and check on the bathroom, my room and the kitchen. He told me to come to his house. Few minutes later I head to Billy apartment. Afterword We watch Discovery a show a Inside the drugs. The TV show how it was invented, US , sell and hidden. How people risk their live for what they want? And it was illegal in much country. How became a problem for the government to stop it from growing? A lot people get in to drug, for exampling the real life or giver to try and get worst. Then Billy let me drink the soup. Later I head back to Steve apartment and sleep.

Today Monday, I woke up when Billy noke the door. I Notice that I will was late. So have a quiet change a head to Billy car. But I find out that I forgot my notebook. I said How come you forgot today. You know that you need it all the time. Later We head to the office. Billy told me that you got no food to eat because you didn’t bring your notebook. Then Billy asked me to sit in his room and think about What you learn this 6 mouth past. I didn’t say anything. Billy asked me do you have anything to said before I wrote my student report. If you don’t said it. You have to converse us that what did you learn. During the time I am typing my blog Calvin cam with Billy. Later Billy ask me to wrote the blog for today and wrote a summery about what good, bad, what you learn, and what happen? This 6 mouth. A Big Summery.

The 6 months training Summary
I know Monticle by my art teacher. He said Is something to do in Holiday. Mom teach me how to cut and apple and many things. Mom said that you have to be independent. At that time I am rushing my time for my test and grade to go up. I was a tiny bit off at that time around like 1-4%. It is get really hard to chance up the grade. Thank to her I have a chance to head to Canada. I first time I am here I met Steve then I Billy. I was the very early to be in Canada so I live with Steve.

I when to the East/West expedition trip from late last year. Through Out the East trip I met many different friend. I met Calvin, Jacky, Michael, Vivian and . We when to different place. At that time I was a dumb dumb. I didn’t help a lot. I used people and I am a bit selfish. And Sometime I don’t know what going on too. I am being lazy. Through out the trip I find that I am not good as they are. I have a lot of Later I stay in Steve house for 7 day to really for the next day. Steve live downtown so I have to walk 10 blocks to the monticle head office. Steve teaches me how to do some Photoshop. After not so long, the West trip expeditions finally start. I met Jennifer, Jason Wang, Vivian, Magdalene and. This time the trip is way different from last time. We hike, Camp and P.t through out the 21 day and have a lot of good food. I learn a bit more then I start helping everyone and get into the group. Through out time when I wrote my blog was not too good. My spelling was bad and my gammer was wrong. Through out this two trip I have a lot Lecture. After I went back to Hong Kong. My day was not good. My grade gone down hill and fix is not going well. At that time I was grade 10. I can’t follow up the credit course. Through the half way of my school. I find it is too had to chance so I ask mom if I can quiet school. 3-4 mouth later. I did my own thing and study at home by myself. I find that my mathematic and Chinese skip start to rush down hill back to the basic. Through out the time Monticle have Hong Kong Challenge I walk to Lan Tau trail. The second highest mountain in Hong Kong. It is one of the hardest hiking I ever did for me. There is a lot of giving up going on me through out the trail. I slow down a lot of people. This is really hard too go up it like a never ending foot steps. I start to forget stuff. And it is not working at all? Moms call Billy for help. And 5 month training. At that time Mom and me were fighting about if it is ok too ok.

Through out this 6 mouth, I learn a lot of hard lecture about life. From the Me3 program, I learn many different things. I learn how the history kayaks. How to build a feat craft. How to take apart the fealthcraft. I learn that to build a Fealthcraft you have to start from the from the base from the ground up. Same as education. I learn that Education is the only way out of insurants and darkness. The first time I made the kayak it take a lot of time. Billy has a lot of kayaks. Most of the time I was doing the support on the kayak trip, Billy tell me that to make me understand the support position is board and hard. During the time I really understand how hard my mom and dad on the Supporting position. Most of the time I just fall a sleep. I usually help load up the kayak to the car and taking photo grade. I learn when you take a photo on the beach; you camera should be back of the sun, not ahead of sun. During the Me3 program. I learn how to communicate. I learn What CDVAK. Contract, Dimension, Visual, Auditory and Kinetic. Things that could apply to live when you make friend and communicate with your parent. I learn the history of firearm. Learn different typed of firearm and how does it work. I learn that to be leader you have to maintain your equipment; so if anything happens the equipment will take care of you. I learn what was PROVE and ACTS. And how it is important when you are on the shooting place. After the Me3 program, I have to the start my crazy training. During the training, I learn to take responsibly at your action, what your said and what I do and I learn not to give up too easy. I learn how to be and I.T. I learn that you have to be really picky or the company will lose a lot of money. I learn that you cannot make mistake computer stuff will involves company problem. I learn to be I.T you have take care the secret information for the company. I learn how to be a batter human being. I now learn how to appreciate. I learn what is thanks giving mean. To give a heart to people, when people put his heart on you. I learn that friendship is hard to mating.
The good thing I change it, I have did more exercise. I felt I bit smarter. I have habit of life change really big in some way. My body is more health.

Last night, after I finish Blog. I went on work on the blog. At about 6:00am. We then went to a place where they buy Chinese food. The places have a lot of people. We have to wait in line. It takes a long time. We wait there for sometime. After I reached to the apartment. I find out that I left the key in the Monticle headquarter on the training area. Billy said you could barrow the key from him. I was thankful that he has the key. Later, I got the key. I went in a take a bath. Afterward I head back to the Billy apartment. We have Chinese sausage, Chinese BBQ pork, Chinese duck and some vegetable with rice. It was really good. Later I watch a show how women jail works. Jail is a place for correcting yourself. Afterword I finish ate dinner. After I went back to Steve apartment brush and sleep.

Today I wake up at 7:00am brush and change a get really for the day. The weather was really good today. The temperature is really cool. Some Cloud and not sun. I wait for really long time. Later Billy noke the door. Billy tells me that a lot of Chinese parent is calling Billy so it takes a bit of time to communicate with them. Later we drove my to Monticle headquarter. The traffic was really bad. I ask Billy if I can work on my blog first. Billy tells me to go help Vanessa to sometime. Vanessa tells me that if that Anderson helped me take it up all really, Thank. I went down to the training Area to get the wallet that I forget last night. That is really bad; I don’t usually forget the important thing. I think I am a little bit too hurry so I forgot to get it. I went to the lunch room. Billy tells me to cut the plastic bag milk a put in to the cup. I have milk and banana for breakfast. I have a lot of milk. I felt really full. Somehow I felt like throwing up. Afterword I help Billy to fix the light bot. I went down to get the tall light bot. Afterword I went to do my blog. Afterword I went down and help mob the Monticle classroom, waiting area, staff room. It takes me a bit of time to clean up. The floor is really dirty. And I help Billy friend to bring his Computer back to his Car. Afterword I went to do some fixing on the underscore problem on the server. I just did a little bit. After I wait in the waiting area a bit. I study my spelling test. Later, I went to First Markham. Billy buy 3 color rice. I got beef, egg and rice. I ate really slowly again. Billy tell me that you will understand what I am talking about when you reach to RL. I try to eat quicker. We watch Newspaper there. I can start to see world is falling apart. After we have little walked. I went to Michael wedding store. Afterwords I head back to the Monticle headquarter. During the drive Billy tell that Saturday, I have to go the Army, Billy tell me that I have Clean the whole apartment. Ate the rest of the left of the food. Then I think I have to get pack and ready to leave Canada. Afterword we I when down for a 99 minute run on the treadmill. And Jason and Alastair were here. We run today. Jason and Alastair have a weight lifting when am I running on the treadmill. After I finish running on the treadmill I get change and when up to do the blog.
The time flys really quickly. At about 4 days I went to Hong Kong. The temperature of a microwave. And the air quality is really bad. But is my hometown. I miss my parent. Today is the last day to upload the blog in Monticle. Everyone have a good year in school. Me too. Thank Billy, Vingi, Tammy, Anderson, Alastair, Michael, Jason, Calvin, Jacky, Steve, mom, dad... Everyone.

Today is my last day here for exercising until November next month. Also, Edwin may be gone afterwards for Robert Land right when he comes back. Hopefully he doesn’t stay in Hong Kong, he has to come back to Canada to complete his training here. Anyways, Jason came today, and Calvin was supposed to come today as well, but…he’s not here…
So the plan for the next month is when Billy is in Hong Kong, we can’t come to Monticle, so this may be the last blog I write until November. When Edwin comes back, it’s straight to Robert Land for him; I might be able to say goodbye before he comes, but I’m not too sure.
Today, we just did an hour of cardio, with Jason constantly talking to Edwin on the treadmills, and me on the bike. After that, I helped Jason do some (not very motivated) weightlifting, for about an hour. When Jason left, Edwin was just finishing his jog, so I played some ping pong with him until I realized that he should go tell Billy he was finished first. Billy told us to go upstairs to type the blog.

Last night, after I finish doing the blog. We drove back to our apartment. I went back to have a quiet bath. Afterwards I went back to Billy apartment to have a dinner. Vingi is the cook. We have rice with chicken, pork with vegetable. I was tasty. I ate bowls of rice. Afterward I Watch a Movie called Tron Legacy. The story is about a kid who lost his dad when he is seven year old. After he grows up I still the technology from his bad company. His assistants tell the kid that he should go to the Flynn. Flynn in is a game room. He then when in to a secret room. And they when to the place. His Dad Build the Perfect system calls Chu. They Chu the perfect system destroy his dad build building. After, His Dad never when home because his building will shut down and is low on power. He Dad tells him that Tron was killing by the Chu, while his dad runway. And he leaves downtown, live on the rocks. The new Tron. Drove to the Entertainment place. He then meets the Entertainment owner. They have some secret talk. They have the fight with the perfect system. His dad partner who was find in the downtown. Everybody was disappearing while she was the only one left on the city. She hides. And She matter the creator of the game. She then lost his hand while they have a fight. And during the fight his dad lost his Disk. Tron ,his dad ran to the train to the East side of down town. His dads help her to have a system reboot for her. His dads talk to Tron. He was happy to meet his son the game. He said he want to spent more time with is son Tron. Billy tell me that is time to sleep. We will watch the movie on the holiday. Afterward, I went to my apartment to clean the bathroom and my bed. I Sleep at 11:00pm. I felt really tired. Afterward I brush my teeth and when to bed.

Today October, 20, 2011. I woke up at 6:45am. I make my bed. When to the toilet make sure everything is Clear. I brush my teeth. And when to find my cloth to change. I went to drink some water. I get change and wait for sometime on the sofa. After not so long Billy noke the door. He when In and check my room and the bathroom is clean or not, while I am wearing my shoes. Afterward I when down to the car park. I suddenly remember that I forgot my notebook. Billy let me when up and get the book. While Billy wait for me. I ran back in to Billy car head to Monticle headquarter. After I Are there, We when in Billy tell me to finish my breakfast before 8:30am. I have Margarine with cheese sandwich, 2 banana and soymilk. I was really good. Afterword I head up to the second floor and did my blog. Later I when down to the first floor to Billy office. He ask meet to get and really for my p.t tasking. Afterward I get change and I went to the treadmill for a 99 minutes run. I run on a intervals pattern in a Max speed of 5.5 and a average speed for 4.0. I felt a lot better. After I finish I went to toilet and change. Then I when for ate in the toilet. Not so Long later. Billy came I find out that I am eating. He ask me to not to waste time. He tell me the problem is you wasting time. He tell me to finish lunch before 1:00am. I have 2 cheese roast Beef lunch sandwichs. I was really good. I tasty great. I ate really quiet. Billy later tell me to come to his office. He tell that I am late. But I am just 3 minutes early on my clock. He tell me do you have anything I didn’t do. I said “clean the table”. I went for it. Later Billy goes up and wrote your blog still 1:30.So I went up and did my blog. Later Billy ask me to do another 98 minutes manual run on the treadmill. The speed is about 3.8, is basically walking speed. Not so long later. Billy asks me to stop the treadmill. I went I meet Billy, Vingi, Steve many more people… I am eating India food. Most of It is dipping food. The India food I really sweet not really hot. Most of the India food is really spicy and hot food. I ate a lot of India food. Afterward I went back to the treadmill and set for about 98 for the same time and speed. When I nearly finish run on the treadmill for sometime. Jason came. I have a half and hour warm up. Afterword Jason and I did about 100 chase workouts and some push up, weight lifting. Later I did a clean up on the training area. Then I when to change and drink some water. Afterword Billy ask me to go up and work on the blog.

Monday night, I finish my P.t for my spelling test. I went to change and I have to wait for Billy because he needs to work. I forgot to bring my dinner apartment. But let me ate his dinner at his home. During that time, Billy ask me some really series question. “If RL ask me you kid in monticle get much bad mark and do really work? What will I answer?” Then I have to eat the whole dinner because I got to ate to bring my dinner. Then I have some let over. Then I but the rice and vegetable in the container. I went back to the Steve apartment and brush, because the time I really late is about eleven o’clock.

Today, I wake up at about 6:30am. I through that Billy will come about 7:00am. Because there is a problem with the flyer for this year. So it take sometime to fix the problem. We then left the apartment at 8:00. During the drove, Billy ask me why you never change your cloth you always wore the same cloths? Billy tells me that everyday you have to wear a different cloth? Different I see anything same. I will make your cloth out any your have to organize it. After we head to monticle headquarter, I went to ate breakfast. I have watermelon, banana and green fruit. I was tasty. Afterword I help Vennasa to move the computer. Afterword I head up to the second floor and do my blog. After I did some server for the underscore problem. Later I went down to the ate lunch without telling Billy. I ate 2 roast beef cheese sandwich with three bananas. I felt really full. After I went back to work on my server. At about 1 hour Billy tell me to come down wait for him. We then when to BMO bank. I wait for Billy for sometime. Then we when to First Markham place. Billy buys 2 lunches. I tell that Billy that I felt full already. I tell me to eat it. He tells me it is a punishment for not think about the other. Billy tell me that If you ate this box of food you are tell me you are really sorry about it. I ate it in a very slow way. Afterword I can’t finish it. Billy said that will be your dinner. We then when back to the Monticle headquarters. I head back to give something to Patty. Afterword Billy asks me to get change and get really for some p.t. I went for a nature call before I went to the treadmill, because I felt really full. I get change. I have a fast walk on the treadmill. I have a fast walk at a manual speed of 3.8 I swept like crazy. I felt like I got to throw up and a stomach pain. Billy tells me that it is a punishment for nothing about other. I learn this lesson in a bad way. I learn that I should think about other before I do anything. After I finish my p.t. I went and change and go did a around of garbage. Afterword I went back to the second floor and did the blog for the day.

Last night, after I finish my blog. Billy is trying to fix the Patty e-mail Computer. Afterwards I bring my left over lunch and went back to apartment. After I reach to apartment ate dinner, take a bath brush and sleep.

Today Wednesday, October, 19, 2011. The weather was sunny and a tiny bit of clouds. I woke up at 7:00am. We then leave the apartment at about 7:45am. During the drive Billy ask me “why does I ever wore the cloth you cloth?” Billy tells me that from April to now how many cloth you did wear? I said I don’t know. Billy said that mean you have a lot really didn’t not wear. He suddenly asks “ I didn’t not respect me?” I didn’t say anything. After we reach to Monticle headquarters. Billy asks me to stand in his room. Billy tells me that after 18. Billy tells me to better change. Later Billy tells me to go to ate breakfast before 7:30.I have milk and key weed. Billy comes in said. I finish the food really quiet. I get the place clean quiet. Billy came in. He said. At the time, I am washing my dish. The most important thing is time management. Billy said the world don’t wait for you. In not time, the Market will fall or banks rob. No one will wait for you. You are near 18 acts like a Man. After 18 you will not have training again. The only thing you will be happy about this not one will point at you. If you Billy said go help Vanessa need to help. Go help but don’t talk. If I here anything bad, you will really have a problem. I didn’t talk the whole time. I went up and pick up Patty computer. I take it one by one. Afterwards I went up the second floor and did my blog. Billy asks me to come down. He said that you don’t think about me. I stand there for a few minutes. He asks me that how much time you need. He said if you are late for Minutes. I then Billy ask me to go down. He tell me how much money did mom spent the time on this few mouth do you know.I did us any really bad thing if you act really bad. Later Billy ask me to stay outside to think of a solution to change for this 10 Biggest Bad habit I got. Not so long later some body knock the door. Someone from FedEx ship a Mac computer to here. I wait for sometime. I went for a nature call. Afterword I went a pick the Computer and put it on the Monticle classroom. After I sit in the waiting area for sometime. Billy ask me do you know the solution to this problem. I said I think I know just stop doing it. Afterword I went to clean the training area to show some help on the Canpany. After I finish the moping Billy bring me to First Markham place to ate lunch. I ate really slow. Billy ask me why I ate so slow. Later I back to the apartment for the apartment atminitration. Afterword I went to a place where they give blood. I wait there for sometime. They give a juice box after we give blood. We stay there for sometime. Afterword we when back to Monticle headquarters. Billy ask me to clean the training area and do some P.T. I went to The traininig area and ready to do some mopping. I saw Alastair he is cycling. He said he will help me. I Both finish really quiet. Afterword I did a 99 minutes p.t on the treadmill in a interval speed. Afterword I did some push up and some weight lifting. Later I get change and do my blog.

After a little trouble-shooting with the Mac, I got it to write in English ☺ (too bad Hong Kong people, you won’t get any Chinese from me) anyways, today, I found out that Billy had gone to donate blood, so he came back half conscious and took a nap. I started out with some cardio, like always, for about an hour. Then I did some weightlifting. I managed to beat my previous record of 110, and managed to lift 140lbs. I guess the trick was to work upwards, letting my arms work up to the max weight I could lift. I then did some more of the bench press, come sit-ups, and some other exercises that I unfortunately don’t know the name to. In the end, I had a good day today, and as I type this blog, Edwin is still running… and running… and running… (p.s. Calvin why aren’t you here? We haven’t seen you in a while)

Friday evening, after PT we then ate the left over chicken wings and fried. Afterward I drove back to out apartment pick up Vingi. Afterward we went to ate noodles in vilamness. Afterward I drove back to back to out apartment and take a Brush and when back to sleep.

I wake up at Saturday Moring, The Temperature is cool. The weather is good. The Sun is shinnying. There is not much cloudy. I wake up at 7:30am and I went to Billy apartment. We check on the blog for sometime. Later we drove out the apartment to Fairview mall. Billy is really busy finding a suit company that fit him, beucause he have some business dinner tonight. We walk around the place for sometime. We then when in a place where they buy expensive suit and more... Billy fined a suit call Hugo Boss We when the sale tell us what kind of suit fit Billy. I wait there for sometime. The guys show different of suit and jacket. I felt like I want a suit too. Afterward Billy chooses what he like and most of the cloth need some re-making. Afterwards we when for lunch. We when to McDould to buy food. The meal this time is really expensive ever KFC. Billy buys 2 double big Mc with fried and drinks. It is really tasty. After We when to have a walk to wait for the suit to be finish. It takes about 1 hour to do it. After We when back to wait for the suit. We sit out side the shop for along time. After we get the suit. We rush back to Monticle headquarter. I find there is a lot of traffic happening. Later, We then reach to the Monticle headquarter Billy stop a get his belt. After we when back to our apartment. Billy tells me to cook some spagatti and come to Billy apartment. I went back to my apartment and start my cooking. I throw some speggtti in mix some water and salt and start cocking. I cook for sometime. After I finish cooking. I bring the spegatti to Billy apartment. I wait for sometime. Billy mixes the spagatti with sausages, bacon and spegattti sauce. I ate the spagatti. When I am ateing Billy tell me that Alastair will come at 8:30pm. Later they left. I have to take care of Hazel. The first movie i watch the space ship. Is a very interesting story? A story about human using their last ship to get some nuclear cleaner. He find a captiant during the team assembly for the space ship. They find out that the head is telling a lie about everthing about the nuclear clear and he doesn’t have a any fact to support it. It is very big monopoly for them. They fight for their live. Half of the captient team was dead. They were really said. alast there is a black hole creator that the alien make try to destroy earth because they have not make the disrespect them. So the Captain evaluates all of them. They captain drove the ship to the reacter and destroy the black hole create and save the human race. The second movies I watch It name is call Set up. The story start with 3 different people. Doing a rebert. They drove their van and kill the guys who have a diamond. Both of them have a gang. The guys call Willes still the 5 Billion dollar diamond and kill both of them. Afterwards they guy said that I don't have the money for the boss so they were fighting for the money. They chase each other and more. After I watch 2 movies when Alastair came. Afterward I watch the third movie Call 28 later. It is a quiet scary movie. The Movie first start with a sick person who is locking in a hospital for sometime. I went out the hosipital and find out that everone is dead from a virus that came from the monkey that can make everone in to a zombie. The entire zombie have red eye. The guys walk all the way to somewhere. One the way there is alot of zombie falling them. They see 2 person came and save him. They tell him that they virus has spread to many different places New York. They tell them to travel during daylight not night. The 3 people walk to the sick guy house to live. One person was killing during the fight with the zombie. Because they spriet and will change the guy to a zombie so he have too kill them. Later, We then when a place they have their father and his sister. Together they when to a army place. The army guy said they need women to survival. At last they were kill and they were save. The four movies that I have watch it call inception. A movie about how dream have dream. I start with a concept from dream stealing. It is a very interesting movie. After we finish watching the move we when back to our apartment a sleep.

Sunday morning, The Sun is shiny. The temputurture is really cool. I wake up later. Billy noke the door said come to my apartment. After we change and brush our teeth. We went to Billy house. We then talk to Billy apartment. We then talk to Michael on the phone. And Billy shows Alastair the next year plan flack. We watch area 51 Mystery and more. We then when to ate lunch. The place is call diamond. We ate alot of dim sum. It was good. After we finish eating lunch we went back to our apartment and watch movie. I watch a movie call Robin Hood. It is a very interesting story. The story start by a king that wants a guy that is truthful, rightist and respectful. they have a fight with frech. Because they tax them but they don't give anything back. SO they have a war. They frech give up. These stories tell me not to give up. It is really cool. After I tell Billy that my uncle is picking me up down stay the lobel. I went down. First we when to buy some cool food. Later we when to a RAMA a house appance place to have to return something. and then we when to a supermarket to buy food for tomorrow. Later we when to pick grandmother house to pick her up. We when back to uncle house to have dinner, we ate rice with chicken, vegetable with fish. I help clean up table and grandmother tell me that I have to help Afterwards I went back to my apartment to brush and sleep.

Today, I wake up early. Steve drove me back to office. Billy went to office early because he need to do with some business. While I am doing my Blog for this last Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

After I finish my breakfast, I head to Billy office. He asks me to get change. So I did about 99 minutes on a Manual speed of 4.0 around the speed of walk and running. It basically fast walks. After I finish I have a good clear up on the treadmill equipment and then I get change. Afterwards we head to First Markham place to buy lunch. Billy is a bit Busy, So I need to wait for sometime. Afterword we drove to First Markham place. There are a lot of people, so it is really hard to a car park. Billy buys BBQ pork with duck vegetable with rice. Today so how I ate really slow. Billy tells me that after you reach Hong Kong. You will have a lot of work to do. Billy tell me that I will be back to Canada on November with him sometime he said your mom worry you turn bad in home alone. Billy look at the news, a part said that old women who don’t know word win scalar ship or something. I just said that I did really try my best on doing it is really easy to give up. After I finish the lunch. Billy tells me that you go a lot of food that you have not finish, Most of it is chips. You got some vegetable with bread with roast beef and cheese. I know that I got a lot of food un finish. Billy said if I don’t finish today I would not have good food later! I went back to Monticle headquarter. I went up side and when up and did the blog for what happen this lunch.

When I came to Monticle headquarters Alastair didn't come that long ago. I did thirty minutes of treadmill. I did slow speed for a little bit then I stared to increase the speed and finished off slowly. After that I played ping pong with Alastair for 30 to 45 minutes. Alastair had to help Anderson with the computer so Tammy played one game of ping pong with me.

Alright after Jason taking so long to type his blog, its my turn. So today was interesting. When I got here, Billy's door was closed, and Edwin was upstairs, so I went to Tammy's and Anderson's office, and looked at some of the Monticle stuff that they were making. Anyways, I didn't do much exercise today; I only did some jogging, and no weightlifting. I spent the rest of the time waiting for Jason so finish typing his blog. So it turns out I did do some weightlifting today, I showed Jason how to use the barbell. I told him that it was his responsibility to clean the machine after using it.

During the past two days, I slept over at Billy's house and watched some movies. on Saturday night, I went over at 8:30, and watched Inception, and 28 days later with Edwin. We slept around 12 that night. I hope Edwin gets the chance to read some more books. Anyways, we woke up around 9 the next morning, after Billy knocked on the door about 3-4 times... actually, I'm not sure how many times he knocked, I was still asleep. Anyways, we went over to his house and Billy showed me the new Monticle booklet and card. We left to eat breakfast around 10, and we went to a place called diamond banquet. We stayed for a few hours, and we talked about the news on the Chinese newspaper. Then we went to Billy's house again to watch another 5 or so movies, after I had to watch Edwin do about 100 push-ups. After watching the set up, Robin Hood, and another movie, (and a few more that I can't remember) we went for dinner at a vegetarian place near Woodbine, I think. The food tasted a lot like real meat, but it was a little disconcerting when I saw that the pork I was eating wasn't actually pork..... Anyways, Billy drove me home afterwards, around 7.

Today was just like every other day here at Monticle, I started with half an hour of biking, then half an hour of jogging. During the biking, Jason arrived, and he started on some (very slow) walking on the treadmill, and then some biking. (I wonder why he doesn’t have a blog?...) anyways, after that, I started on some weightlifting. I started with the bench press, and did about 3 sets of 10 reps. Afterwards I did some sit-ups and push-ups. Also, Jason beat his previous benching record of 70, and was able to bench 90 pounds! He also did some sit-ups, and I made him do some push-ups. Edwin is still running… he was running when we started, and is still running….. Michael, I think he beat you..............

Last night, after I finish my treadmill running. Afterward I get change and i wrote my blog. Later we when to first Markham place to by dinner. We when to a place call Markham delight to buy dinner. I have 3-color rice. Inside It got 2 eggs , 2 chicken pork with rice and soybean milk. We then drove to our apartment. Ate our dinner and brush and go to sleep.

Today, I wake up at 7:00am and I get change. We then when out the building at about 8:00am. Billy tell me some good news that our show on Hong Kong will have alot of people to come. During the drove to Monticle headquarter. The black cloud is moving. It looks like it going to rain. The temperature is around -15.5c. The day is cool. Billy brings me breakfast. After I reach to Monticle headquarter. I ate breakfast. I got fried chicken with rice. It is really tasty. I ate for 30 minute and I went to do my blog. later I went and help to fix the server underscore problem, and Steve help me turn on the computer. It is another crazy busy day for Billy. He is runinng around the office up and down. meeting with new satffs and design staff. reviewing the promotional video and print infomation. After sometime. Billy ask me to go down. And we when to a honda dealer ship to pickup Lou's mini van from sevice. Afterwards we when to a mall to ate lunch. I got BBQ pork vegetable with rice with soup and soybean milk. Afterwards we when back to the Monticle Headquarter. Billy was really busy he have to work on the accounting, server, the Market team and settle the new designer more... and I went up at fix the server underscore problem. Later Alastair shows up. So I have to do go down and down my 125 minute. I did the first 99 minutes in a pattern of intervals at a max speed of 5.0 and average speed of 3.9. I felt tired but I felt good. Some how I get afterward wrong so I have to do so extra minutes of it. I went back to the treadmill for 45 minutes I felt tired. At a Max speed of 7.0 and at a average speed of 5.0. My leg felt tired. The time when I am running on treadmill. Alastair and Jeason is playing ping-pong ball. Alastair stay with me for some time. When I almost finish. Alastair when home so I can't play. Later I get change, did the garbage and when to did the blog. Everybody is so busy today and no time to talk. everybody stay late at work. The new marketing people stay until 6;30 pm.

Billy call the army for a day off becuase he is not finish Monticle work. I have to stay at billy appartment tomorrow to watch Hazel. Billy need to do some business tomorrow night with Vingi. I will have a lot of movie to watch. It si going to be a good weekend.

Today is a rainy day, black sky and many cloudy. The temperature is cool. Is around 15.5¬c. I wake up at 6:00 and we leave the apartment. During the drove to the Monticle head quarter. Billy ask me " Did you wear your jacket?" I said I left it in the office. Than he ask "Did you bring your note book." I said "I forgot in the office" Billy said if you forgot your notebook one more time. than he will charge me 5 dollar for a new one everytime I forgot. and if you don't wear your jacket the time you leave the bullding. you are walking home and office with a T-shirt on. We then when to ate breakfast. Billy look was really series. He go to the refergrator and said evertime i take somthing out I forgot to close proplroly. Items it fall off. He said that I remember last time you open it you didn't close it. He said if you don't fix your self next 10 days. It will be more PT for you. the breakfast that I ate was margarine with cheese sandwish , some fruit and soybean milk. It is really tasty. Billy said you have to finish by 7:45am and do the blog before 8:15am. because there new satff Monticle here today. I get hurry and finish my clean up and do my blog quick. later i will have first part of my P.T run on treadmill.

Afterward I did 70 minutes run in a intervals patter in a max speed of 6.6 and average speed of 4.0. I felt a bit better after run. afterword I went to study my spelling test for sometime while Billy had alot of work to do with the new monticle team and the new promotional video about Monticle and Michael. there are 3 new monticle staff coem in today. one is a designer and two are the marketing team. they are all busy working. doing work for billy ready go Hong Kong and china. Billy is runing around with marketing, designer and wotking with sever and computer and accouting all together and he has no time for lunch. i wait for lunch very long time, sitting at the crouch to do some day dreaming and not doing anything. We then we to first markham place to ate lunch. I ate fried noodle with soup and soybean milk. I was good. I ate really quick. Later we when back to the the Monticle office and I help billy work on the underscore on the server , Steve help me turn on the computer. after sometime Tammy ask me to come down for the spelling test. i got 87/25 which is bad. i have to work harder to get better mark. During my test and i is waiting for billy what to do next but he is too busy with people and runing around not stop. I went to run on the treadmill again 99 minutues spped of 7.0 fast / 6.0 slow. i still have 125 minutues catch up tomoorow.

It is a very busy day for billy and i don;'t talk to him much today. nobody come to monticle today. everybody busy today. it is crazy today. i will be better tomoroow. i write my bolg and billy wait for me to go home.

last night after I trying to clear the server on the computer. Afterword Billy, Vingi and me when out and find some dinner. I find out that there is allot of traffic at night. We the went to a place call Longos to find somthing to ate. We then when in to a place call St. Lou. A Bar restaurant for something. We order of good food. We order 2 pours wing with fried, Bake rip, full rack , fish and chip, onion ring and 3 ice tea. It was super tasty. The shop is better than alot of other shop. It a very expensive area. We ate there for sometime. it take us sometime to finish each meal. The place was a very noice place. We saw alot of expensive cars too. We were really full. We have some let over chicken wings and fried which is good. I bring it to my apartment for tomorrow lunch. I then bath change, brush my teeth and when back to sleep.

Wednesday morning, I wake up at 7:00 in the morning. Fix my bed. Brush my teeth and get change. Ready for today. I wait for a few minutes. I went out a meet Billy at the doors. After we drove to Monticle head quarter. Straight forward I went to do the blog. Later I make my own sandwich, a double cheese with margarine butter, two cup of yogurts and some fruit. I was tasty and good. After I went back and did the blog. afterword i went back to do server underscore problem. I and Billy went out for lunch. later Alastair came and he call me down to do some excise. during the run on the treadmill I find out that my glass is somehow broken and it is bad. afterword Alastair bring me my new eye glasses and i does notice. after i get change and did my blog. Later, I ate my dinner. I was tasty. I was chicken wings with fried and onion rings. I like it very much.

Today I came into Monticle, and found Edwin busy working upstairs. Apparently, he was working on the server for Billy. Anyways, we started off with some cardio training like always, and finished with some bench pressing. Jason joined in, and did some biking. We finished the day with some ping pong, and I taught Jason how to spin the ball

Last night, we did when for a long day and work on the server clean up junk mail and fixing the server. It is a long day last night. We drove back to our apartment at about 9:00pm. I ate swiss roll and soft drink of dinner. It was tasty., after I went to take a bath brush my teeth and sleeps.
I wake up in the morning at about 6, Billy is by the door. He just knoke the door. I didn't get up yet. I was a bit late so I have a change and a quick brush. We drove out the apartment and head to Vannesa home a pick her up. We then went straight to Monticle headquarter. We then when up to work on the server. It takes us a bit of time to finish it. And we find some computer is still copying stuff and it takes us very longtime. Billy find out that the underscore will make the server have alot of problem. I help billy fix the server by delete the underscore and make it in to space. It made me a long long time to do it. Billy comes up and tell me that i will buy lunch for you. Afterword i went back to do my work. Billy asks me down to eat lunch. It was noodle with vegetable, beef, wonton, fish ball, and soup. It is good. I felt much fuller and i don't felt any more tired. We then went out a to get something for Lampo. Afterword I went back to Monticle head quarter i did the blog.

Today was the party for Calvin Jason and me, (cause my birthday is on the 31) we went to Keung’s Delight, and stuffed ourselves eating rice noodles, and fried rice. Afterwards, Calvin and went and got haircuts. After that we went back to the Monticle HQ, and helped Billy with the server, and had a long discussion about what not to do on it.

I want to thank Billy and Edwin for taking me out for lunch today, it is too bad they had to celebrate my birthday today instead of on the 21st. I understand that Billy is very busy and I really want to thank him for the food. Jason and Alastair was also with us, I didn’t know that me Jason and Alastair all had birthdays in October. When we finished lunch we went back to HQ to help Billy with the servers, we basically helped him bring him stuff and also to clean and remove the old servers. That was it for today I want to thanks Billy and Edwin again for celebrating our birthday.

Last night, I ate Lobsters and New York Steaks, we watch two movies before dinner. The first one is about street racing and money. The name is call fast and furious 5. It is a very interesting movie. It is about cars. I like it so badly. The second movie Is really bloody and I forgot the name but I can tell you part of the story. The story starts when a teenager runway from home, because their parent ate his be love house. So he runway to any other village. He did a crime by killing young baby kids and made buns and sell it to people. The crime is done, He live in the village for 10 years. And he change his name. Afterward in the village restaurant they meet two bad guy, He is hiding from them. Afterword they have a fight. He fights with the second bad guy and was kill on the lake. They then meet the inspector for the crime to see the any reason he was dead. The inspector study the body. The guys tell him every move at that time. Then the inspector start studying the guy day-to-day movement. The guy let the inspector to live in his house for sometime. At last at he pirate he have a meeting with them about what happen at his house. The guy ask him to go away fro this village His wife tell him that if he ask him stuff about his family I would not come back for days. Afterword the inspector as wife for money. The inspector wife said why does you charger my dad for selling fake medical stuff. He said that Why do you charge my dad for selling fake medical stuff. He said because I my job. He then when to get a permit to be a inspector for crime. Because he doesn’t have money to have a permit so the government will not let him. He gets the permit and went trying to charge the guy. At the same time his dad was the king and he went to the village and destroy the village. They then have a fight and something bad happen. This movie is really bloody. I an crimpy movie to me. After I watch movie we when back to to my apartment and sleeps.
Monday morning, I wake up at 7:00am and I went out the building. We head to Monticle. We then straight head to up to the server room and add the new server up. I wait for sometime. later Everyone to come. All meet and we when to play bing bong ball. It is really fun. We have a good time. afterword we when out for lunch to cerbritbrate Calvin, Alaster and Jason birthday for the coming October. I pay half and Billy half for their lunch today. I felt really good. Afterword we when to get a haircut and we head back to Monticle headquarter assiting for the server installation. Later play some bing bong. We then when up and help a fix the server and fix up the Mac. Billy teached us his experience on IT. While Billy is working. Afterword we did the blog for the day. This few day was a really interesting day. I went to see autumn maple leave in Canada and ate a lot of good food.

I woke up at 5:30am, same time as Edwin did, and arrived at Monticle HQ at 6:30am. So glad to be back at Monticle, reliving distant memories as I walked down the hallways. It was unfortunate how Calvin and Alastair came yesterday but couldn’t make it today. We departed to go to Badlands and Balfountain Conservation Area but I went to both sites before except with different people. Even though I went with Edwin and Billy to the same area, I also found new things with each one. Badlands and Balfountain both had a hiking trail that I did not know about, mainly because I went to these areas on a school trip so I was restricted due to time. We then went to eat dim sum and made our way back to Monticle HQ. With that ends my first day back to Monticle after school started. Also tomorrow is Jason Wong’s Birthday and Calvin’s PRE-birthday. Billy’s going to be working for the entire week need week and will go to China for a promotion of Monticle after that. Then Edwin will go back to China for a while and won’t be able to see him since. ☹

I wake up at 5:30am. We then went out the apartment till 6:00am and made our way to Monticle Headquarter to clear the bird crap from the car. we then meet Anthony at the sametime. Afterwards we have along drive down to see some maple leave. We then drove to a new highway. Its name Sentara do parkway and was build in 2011. It does not show the GPS in Billy's car. SO Billy will go to M.B service to update it. Afterwards we head to Balfauntain but it was to early, so it was closed. So we head to Badland it was a beautiful. This place was where the glacier move and the left over part of it. We then play there and take picture for sometime. Afterword we drove to a place call Balfauntain. Its a cool place. Afterword we when to a chinese restaurant to ate some dim sum and more. It is Calvin and Jason birthday tomorrow we will have a fairwell party. Happy Birthday Jason and Calvin! Today, Bronson and Mars joined in with us for an exercise. Billy bought new boxing gloves and defenders, and we played around with them for a while. Afterwards we did some jogging, and then we did some weightlifting. I think I can lift 140, even if I failed today. Next time I’ll be stronger, and now I know how.

Today we had more people than I expected to come to Monticle; it was a great day today. The more people we have the better, we unfortunately had to change our jogging schedule a little but everything went well afterwards. After the run we had some weight lifting and had another weight lifting competition against Bronson And Mars. The seniors had practiced something special Billy had prepared for us. At the end of the day we cleaned up and watched a movie.

Last night I when to Billy house to ate dinner. I have BBQ pork with vegetable and rice it is really tasty. I watch two movie. The first one is call “Remember the Titan” it is about football. I learn that respect each other, leadership and race no matter what color. Through out the movie they learn what from each other and be better. The second movie I watch was call Space war ship. It is a really good Japanese cartoon with a lot of good Japanese star. The story is about saving earth people with their last chanllge to get a some nuclear absover to save people and have better future for the human society living underground. Save human kind for a better future. later I went back to my apartment to get change.
Today I wake up at 7:00am and left the building at 7:30pm. Afterword I drove to monticle head quarter to wait for the IT people come to fix the server. We wait for sometime. I ate breakfast. I felt ready crumply that time. I ate cereal it was tasty. Afterword we bring the server up to the Lampo floor. Afterwards Jeason wong come in. We ate brakfest together. Afterword went to the place where we buy the new bing bong professional.

But they don’t have it. we when to the second place call the golden electronics to find some tv stand and still don’t have it. So we give up and we when back to the Monticle head quarter. I meet Calvin and Alastair they are waiting for us there. Soon us we ready Bronson and Mars came. We then when out and have a run together around the Monticle headquarter for ten laps in a intervals speed. Afterword try out the new boxing equipment . Billy teach us how force of our body affect how you fight? And what is a the fight position? Then we when for a weight lifting challenge for all of us really fun. We then have movie and food. Today I wake up at 6:00 and I through that we are left at 6:30am. The sun is shining. Bright blue sky. A cool Autumn day. The tempueture is around 8*C. I wait and wait for a long long time. Billy had a long night at the Army, he show up at 8:00am. We then drove to the baker store call The brother baker store. We park and we went in. I suddenly remember that I have forgot my notebook in the Monticle head quarter. I have to be ore responsility on what I do? So Ihave some penoties.I have to do 1 hour running for it. I do We buy a lot of Buns. We buy sausage buns, sweet milk Buns, curry bun and many more. During the drove to back to the Monticle head quarter. Billy tells me that some big sentence to learn from the movie. I must learn and remember it.

The first One was a movie call Great Debater, “Education is the only way out of ignorance and Darkness.” The second movie call Rocky Balboa, "The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. Afterwards we went back to Monticle head quarter. We then ate breakfast in the lunchroom. I ate a sweet milk bun and a sausage bun. Afterword I wrote the blog. Then I when go for my penoties that I didn’t do that past few weeks. I then did 15 minutes sit up, 15 minutes push up and 60 minutes walking on the treadmill. I muscle felt really tired. At the same time I did some study on my spelling test for today. After I finish I get change and when to ate lunch. It is some good foods. I ate a lot of vegetable. It is tasty. Afterwards I wrote the blog for this afternoon.

I did my test with 100 words but 31 is wrong. I have to do 3 hours walk on treadmill at 4.5km per hour. During the walk Billy came to me ask me why I go on internet without I ask him. I forget to bring my notebook and I don’t know what to write. I just think I can use computer internet in stat and find out the movie speech.

During my walk Jason is here and walk with me on the second treadmill. He will come back tomorrow for more PT. I have to come in to do one day PT for my penalty of not asking to use the internet. I have to appoloygice to Billy to forgive me. I did not respect him. I learn a lesson to ask before I do anything. Just like I am in RLA if I use computer without tell them. They will not let me go home for 6 months.
I am going home soon to bath to eat. I will go to Billy home for movie and go sleep after.

Today at Monticle I was expecting to see Jason Wong, but unfortunately I did not see him here. I guess he was something important to do, since school is going towards the mid term is it getting harder for all students. Today we went for a short walk just to get our blood pumping, when we came back Billy and I started weight exercise after a week of cardio. I admit that the workout was harder because of the cardio. Michael I forgot to mention yesterday. But how is your knee feeling? You know downtime is just as important as working out. So take it easy for a while, we all have limits including me. I hope you feel better; anyways I had a great day today. I also helped Billy fix one of the treadmills. It seems that the alignment was wrong and the machine has gone out of whack.

Last night, We drove to the place where we buy the professional bing bong table. When we when in there is a lot of old people play bing bong ball. It is really interesting. This blog entry is for Monday and today, the Wednesday. On Monday I helped Billy carry some new furniture for Monticle. One would not expect it would take so long to carry 6 cabinets, but those were some heavy cabinets. It took us most of the time to take the cabinets upstairs. We even needed to take ask Steve to help us; I thank him very much for helping us. Today at Monticle I arrived to find out that I was jogging for 2 hours straight. At the end of it we did some stretches and I felt great afterword’s. Today was an excellent day.

Today I arrived to find Calvin Edwin and Billy jogging outside. Apparently, they had already been jogging for an hour, and had an hour left. When I joined in, we had a nice talk about rifles and guns…

Last night, after I finish correct the take responsibility for one and a half hours run and 50 push up. that I have done. I change and wrote my blog. Afterword I felt hungry. Afterword Billy said come to my house an ate dinner after you take a bath. Afterword I take a bath a when straight to Billy apartment. Billy made spaggtti for me. When I am ate spaggatti. I see a show it tell brain deration disease. It a disease that can past by family and rip change in cells. I learn that if you don’t use your brain you might have such disease. Afterword I went back to my apartment an sleep.
Today was a very find day. The sun in shine high. No much cloud, and the sky were blue. Temperature is still cool. I wake up at 7:00am o’clock get change a really for the day. I through that we are leaving at 7:30am but Billy have to talk about the Visa problem for my school so It take an hours to talk to them. I wait and wait for along time at about 9:00 Billy came and nuke the door. So I open an we left the apartment. During the drove to the office I take my notebook out, but I forgot to bring my pen. Billy said what is your punishment? Billy tell me to do 30 push up because I had 15 min sit up not finish yet. After I had to the office. I then went to ate breakfast. I ate cereal with milk and 2 eggs. It was tasty. Billy tell me that I got to ate quicker because in Robert Land the meal eating time was really rush. So Billy tell me that I have to be on time. If not It will be hell for me on the P.T.
I think that Billy like Porsche a lot. There is many reasons. There is a system call double crouch system in Porsche that is rally special is call PDK. I will need to wash my hair before I go to Too Good Point. I felt cool on my head. Later, I ate my lunch. I ate an orange, 2 roast beef sandwichs and a home made fruit juices. The fruit juice have orange, carrot, strawberry and some green vegetable. I felt really full afterword. When I almost finish my lunch I Billy said that I am late. A sec late. Later I might need to go to Too Good Point to have a run for sometime. The tempueture is pretty cool so I will need to where more clothing. I felt a bit tired after ate lunch. I went for a change and get really. Calvin came to Monticle at 2: 37pm. He is ate lunch because he didn’t ate lunch. Afterword Calvin and Billy and me came go for a interval run around the Monticle head quarter. We run around the headquarter for 2 hours. During the run Alastair came by and join us. During the run we talk and cheat to each other. After we finish running outside, we head to the Monticle head quarter an learn some light stretch. Afterword I change and write the blog. Later we head back to the place we buy bing bong table and get back some bing bong ball equipment for Monticle.

Monday night, after I finish my 99 minute P.T, We leave the office and we head to ate hot pot.l I ate a lot of different food. I ate seafood, Beef vegetable, egg, fried rice and fish ball. I ate a lot of food. I feel full. They have desert. I was really full afterword. Later, the time is really lated so we head back to our apartment take a bath and sleep.
Today is a clean day. The weather was cool and cloudy. The temperature is around 5c. it was cool. I feel a lot like the winter now but it is just Autum. I wake up it the morning at 7:00 I brush my teeth and change and get ready. I wait till 7:30. Not one is here. It waited for a bit longer. At about 8:45 Billy came an nock the door. Then I bring a can of chicken and we drove back to Monticle head office. Afterword I ate breakfast. I ate cereal again I was good. Afterwards I write my blog about today. Afterword I did a 99 minutes interval max of 5.5 and average speed of 4.0. I was tired but I feel good. Afterword I changed and I wrote my blog. After I ate lunch. I ate pizza and chicken vegetable rice soup and strawberry drink. I ate about 30 minute but then I delay my ate time because I didn’t finish quick it so I some how failed because I like to open the refrigerator. After we went out side to get something for the office. when I went out I forgot to bring my note book, to be responsible I have do 50 push up to get Afterward we went to First Markham place to ate lunch for Billy. I just feel full so I did ate anything there. I watch newspaper there too. I stay there for quick sometime. afterword we drove back to Monticle office. I then when to the training area to get few trawler and some clean water. We when out side a clean Billy’s car, there is a lot of bird dropping on the hood and so dirty stuff there so we need to clean it. Afterword I did the blog. Afterword I when to do some P.T on the treadmill. I feel really tired after. I through that I finish so I change. An I went back to Billy office door and tell that I am done. Billy tell me that I have few different think I need to do to be more responsible on what you do. So I have to do 50 push up for forgetting the notebook and 1 hour and a half for still forgetting my notebook. First we did 50 push up with Billy. it was hard some how. Afterword Billy and me did 1 and a half our of running outside around the Monticle head quarter area. After I get change and write my blog. It is going to be good sleep tonight.

Today I got here to find a large cabinet blocking the door, after looking through the window; I found that the cabinet was moving! It seems that Billy and Steve were moving the cabinet upstairs to the balcony. After squeezing though the crack in the door, I got there and helped them get up the stairs. Anyways, Billy had to drive Calvin home, so Billy put me on one hour of jogging on the new treadmill. Afterwards, I got onto the weightlifting machine and did 3 sets of bench presses, sit-ups, and finally dead-lifts (? I think that was what Anderson called it). So in total, I was here for 2 hours, same as always.
(Michael, you walked a very long distance in Hong Kong? I thought the doctor told you to rest! When a doctor tells you to do something, do it!)

It was a cloudy and foggy day. Temperature was about 5*c. The was cool. I wake up at 6:30am get change, brush my teeth and really for a good day. At about 7:00am I when to did my blog about this Saturday. Afterword we when out for Breakfast, I ate luncheon meat with macaroni, fried egg with luncheon meat with butter bread, a cup of tea and bean drink. After is about time we when to watch Autumn maple leave falling, but the weather was bad. It is cloudy and very rainy. Billy decide we should go to Yorkdale Mall. When we reach to the there. There no much car in the car park. After we when out the car park. Not much shop is open till 11:00am, So we bras around for some. After the shop were open, we when in to a Apple shop. It a Company that make high quality Computer, mp3 and phone. I when to play some games and check out some new apps, and Billy doing some Business. Afterword we went to Music and Movie shore to buy some new movie. We then when to buy some kitchen equipment. We when out the Mall, there is a lot of people waiting for parking spot. We drove away from the Mall and we head back to our apartment. It is about 12:15pm I when back to my apartment for cock. I cock some spagatti with a can of fish. Afterword I went to dumb some garbage and I went back an ate. Billy mix the spagatti for me with Italy tomato source and bacons and have a big cup of ice tea. I ate lunch and watch Movie. The first Movie I watch was “Battle of Los Angels”. It is a movie about Marine doing the last mission. It story start with a lot of Alien trying to take over the world with the their army of alien. This movie tell me that Marine don’t give up till he mission is done. Afterword I watch the second Movie about sniper get pay to kill bad people. The movie first guy his mission was to kill 4 different people in Bangkok. During the way he find a guy who still money and survival. He ask him for a job. He gave the guy money, If he is late or cop try to catch him he don’t get pay. The then have a lot of training for the student. He train the guy to fight and shoot. At last he kill himself with the boss. I learn that if you shoot a toy you have to squeeze it. The third movie I watch was “Rocky Babowa”. This movie is about Rocky have a wife was dead, he have a little restaurant. He was a really strong men. He got a dog call punchy. They work really hard to win. He did a lot of running and weight training and drink 6 egg a days. This movie tell me not to give up. He said “ don’t let your point at you a let you down, you are batter than that” This movie was very inspiring. At last Both of them win. The last movie that I watch was call “Vanishing on the 7th street”. It is a very scare movie. The movie theory said that light out before 12:00pm you will Vanishing. It you have your own light you will life. If you lost that light that you have you will be dead. It is basically total restart of the human society. After I finish watching all the movie I went back to my apartment take bath and when back to sleep.

Monday I wake up at 6:00 change and leave the building at 6:30am.after I head to the Monticle head office I did the blog about what happen yesterday. At about 8:00 I ate breakfast; I ate cereal with milk and sausage bun. It is really tasty. After I finish my breakfast and do my blog. At 9:10 Monticle head quarter to turn on the heat. Afterword we have a along drove in the highway about an hours, we when there an tell that we need to pick up some furniture from a moving company , it take us some time to load it up the sprinter. Afterword we went back to Monticle Headquarter to wait for Calvin to help to unload furniture. While Billy pick Calvin up and ate lunch and I ate lunch. The lunch that I ate cereal and roast beef Sandwish. I ate about and hour. Billy arrived with Calvin .we start unloading the furniture to Monticle Head quarter. We ask Steve for help too. After we put all most all the furniture in space. Alastair came. They put the last furniture up. Calvin and me did some cleaning on the Traing area. Afterword It all most 5:00 Calvin have to leave for some business. So, Alastair have an hours P.T training and I did 99 minutes with some weight lifting and situp. When I am running I felt lighter because of the new shoes and cloth Billy Brought me. After I finish I drink 3 cup of water and I went back to gym and to more weight lifting wait for Billy for some Business. I suppose do do 3 time 99minutes run on the treadmill. It was a sunny Saturday; it was so cool only 7c. I weak up at 6:30 am. Billy suppose to work in the Army today and but important business coming up for Billy, Billy can’t go to Army. We went to breakfast at Time Square. I ate toast and ham and cereal. It was good. Afterword, Billy drove me to a pleace I don’t know. It is a Temple. There are many monks there. They plary in the temple song. I have no idea why Billy drove to me. I was scare; I don’t know what to think. I was crying a bit. there Billy let SiFu to help me and correct me sprintaly, mentaly. SiFu gave me a book to read in engliush and Chinese about “Innocent of a little Ghosts”. SiFu help me to correct my bad behavier. Billy want to send me to a monk. Billy said can help me to strong my mind. Remove my laziness. I work so hard, I don’t know why I am so lazy. I have not eating many food in the cabiner. It was there for a long long month. Billy angry me waste food. Billy told me so many people no food. I was lucky to have everything takingcare from my family and people. Billy told me to eat all the food before he buy new for me. I was lazy to cook and lazy to clearn. I have to change now. SiFu’s book do help me. I like to read the book. It is interesting. It is about taking birth of a life. Why life so mass up. I read half book at night. I read before I sleep.
We wnet to T&T afterword. To buy food for the week. Afterord I go home and clean brthroom, my bed room for 2 hours. Billy and Vingi come for inspection. Vingi say there a little more to clean. Not done well. There is dusk and dirt are on window flrame and sliding door shelf.
Afterwrod Billy, Vingi drove to his friend to talk about business. I was there reading books. Afterword we went to Vallung Mills Mall to Nike Store. Billy said I need a better running shoes to protect my foot. Better shirt and pants to run on the treadmill. I try many of them and find a pair of shoes I like. Billy pay and brought me running shoes and running shirt and pants for 200 more dollars. Billy said no problem to buy me stuff but I have to be good. Billy said he buy for me not my family buy.
Billy said it is a national day of china. so we eat better for cellebation. Billy drove us to a Resturant after the mall. It is far away from home. I ate a full rack of ribs, BBQ wings and new york steak and ice tea and vegetable salad. It was teatey and I eat faster than before. It was a good dinner.
Afterword. Billy dorve home and gave me a box of chiken wings. Billuy go out for business. I go home to read and shower and sleep. I will change my life. I will correct my bad behaiver.

Today I wake up at 6:00am Billy came to our apartment door and tell me to sleep longer and woke up at 8:30am. I slept for an other 2 hours. It almost time, so I made my Bed, Brush my teeth and get changed. We head out at bout 8:45am. The weather was really cloudy. The temperature is really cool. During the drive to the Monticle head quarter. Billy asked me “Did you throw the dinner out last night?” I don’t know what to said. I know that I ate most of it my dinner. It is rice, roast beef, vegetables and Chinese sausages. I throw a little bit of it. Billy asked me if I throw the chicken couple weeks ago. I did throw the chicken some how. It cost Billy 21 dollars. After I reach to the office I wrote the blog. I know that Billy never charge me for training money and never Stop helping me. My Mom only pays for food and part apartment living Mouthy payment. The know that Billy helped me in many different way. This 6 mouth Billy teach me a lot. I know that Billy have a lot of worked to do beside taking care of me, his wife, his dog. I know that he worked very hard to take care of us. He got many work to do. I almost finish my morning blog. Billy asks me to go for Breakfast. I ate 3 bananas, a bowl of strawberry, 250 mL 3.25% milk and some fried bean. It is really tasty. Afterword I went to write my blog about what I ate this morning. Billy tell me to get change and really for my P.T. Afterword I start running on the treadmill. The setting is on an intervals form, Max speed of 4.8 and at an average speed of 3.8. I ran for 90 minutes. Afterword Billy tell me to get change and went to ate lunch with Billy. I ate 2 banana, 3 bread with cheese with roast beef. 250 mL 3.25% milk. During lunch Anderson tell to ate quicker, because In Robert Land the time is really tight and you have to ate quiet. When I am almost finish. Billy gave me 45 mins to eat. My Stomach is really going Big and I feel really want bad. I feel like thronging up. When I am in the bathroom I through up and I felt sick afterword. I learn that drink too mush water in you stomach will be really painful. I don’t drink mush water at all. So I got dry lips and Billy ask me to drink all the time. Because that I ate two banana before I drink some water. So I felt like thronging up. Later if I don’t finish my Blog IN time I have to do more P.T and I feel I did too mush P.T for the day because it all most friendly. I should have a break. I felt sorry to my self If I don’t finish my blog in time. Michael is right Micheal no worry I will be find In here. Thank Vivian for adding oil … thank for everthing. I know that Billy Is having a lot of hard time with me. But Sometime I felt like I can’t do anything to help. Sometime I felt helpless to Billy. Forchaninly. I have to do more training to strong my mind. I have to go on the treadmill for another 91 mins. I feel like I change my name because I don’t know why! I feel that I have to be independent and take responsibility from now on and no more screw up. I want to go scholl badly now. I don’t want to go back to Hong kong because I don’t want to be back where I was. I a, going to be good. I am going to be strong. I am goint to be great. I am no more mess up. I have learn to think before I talk. Now you see how I screw up. I owe Billy so much, his time and money. I need to be good to repay him. I need to be storng. I am a strong man. Today I arrived here at Monticle at 4:00, and I arrived to see Edwin and Billy talking about Edwin’s P.T. schedule. Apparently he said he did two P.T. sessions today, but Billy thought he did one, I don’t really know, but they started getting a long discussion about life and stuff, while running on the treadmill. During the talk, (I was on the bike) Edwin commented that he wanted to change his name, including his last name. I’m not too sure why.

It was a good evening; I walk back to apartment from Monticle office. The weather is rainy and cloudy. Most of the people were walking from home and the traffic is really heavy on highway 7 and Woodbine. Afterword I reach home for an hour. Walking in a medium constant speed. After I reach the apartment, I went back to my apartment to take a bath. Afterword Billy asks me to eat dinner at his house. Billy is sick; he still cooks dinner for me. At the sometime I watch at Chinese movie. It taking about ww2 japan and china conflict. Afterword I went back to my apartment brush and sleep.
Today I wake up at 6:00am I change and get really for my training. Billy has to do some business so he went out longer than it should be. For 2 hours I didn’t make my bed. During the drove to the Monticle head quarter. Billy asks me “ Don’t you want to go to school? I said: I am bad at discipline and I don’t want to school. After I reach to the office I started my cardio training for along long time. While Billy taking to my mommy and Dad about I don’t want to go to school no more. Billy tells me that I have to come stronger my body and stealth my mind. Starting from this morning everything is gong terribly wrong in many sauce of way. I feel like I am alone in the world and I am struggle everything from the start to the middle. I lost everything. Friends, family, and trust. I felt that I have lost. I know there a lot of people spending a lot of time and hard work to help me take care of me in much different way. I found that it is very hard to stop being lazy. I spend a lot of time in the treadmill and so. I felt lost. Billy is trying hard to help me to cure my bad habit. Everything SUCKS. I know you guys help me for a better future. I really suck at my mind some time. This is terrible. After I finish doing my many P.T, I went for lunch for sometime. I ate rice with plat meat and Chinese sausage. I was really taste but I always eat so slow? He tell me that me because I don’t have the to ate your lunch. And he said that you couldn’t ever be more when you ate your lunch. Later I went to write about what happen last night and what happen today. Billy said you never have any pressure in life, so you never find any meaningful and success in life. I don’t know what to said. I should think when I don’t something. For example, when I am in the treadmill I tend to be more focus. I have run the treadmill if I can’t write the whole paper write now. After I went to run for the treadmill for 2 and half hour. I can’t feel my leg at all. I feel that my hands losing blood. Both my hand and my feel like muscle cram or something. My hand is felt cool. My can’t not feel my leg. But my head and whole body feel excellent after a long long long run and I want to do more. I did about 7-hours on the treadmill. Billy gave me a Military Uniform. Tomorrow Anderson teaches me how to dress and clean my shoes?

Today I woke up at 6:00 I brush my teeth and got change really for today training. I waited for sometime. The sun not up not much cloud, it will quiet cool. Till 8:00 am Billy came to the apartment told me that He got sick, he ask me to wait in his apartment for some time afterword I decide to ask Billy if I can walk to Monticle head quarter by myself. Billy was a bit worries my safety. I watch Die Hard 2 at the apartment while I was waiting. Billy finally let me walk to the office myself. When I walked down to the office. The temperature is around 18c. It is autumn. The day was cool. It is a very relaxed to walkout side. There are many cars on Woodbine Street and highway 7. People park their cars and ready to work. When I reached there is about 8:45pm. After I reached to the office and got change and ready for my first part of P.T. after I did some stretching, I go on the treadmill to ruined for 99 minutes. The max speed is 6.0 and the minimum speed of 3.8. After I finish my treadmill run I did 30 sit up, leg lifting for 30 and wide/narrow life for 30 times and some push up. Afterword I got changed and I do my blog for the morning. I felt good. After I finish doing my blog I went to eat lunch. I ate 3 peaches, 2 bananas, 3 beef cheese sandwich and a box of soymilk. I felt really full. I felt energy up but I am too full to have a P.T for now. I went for a nature call. Afterword I studied a spelling test for Friday. Anderson teach me how to work on my was and present tents during my blog time. I have 3 day to study. Calvin comes in to office. I will do some more cardio P.T later. Later we did P.T with Calvin. I did half and hour for to different activated. I did the cycling machine for 30 minutes and the walking machine for 30 minutes afterword. We did the blog for today afterword I clean the garbage for today and I will walk to the apartment.

Today at Monticle I was unhappy to see that Billy was sick today, so in general I only did cardio and a bit of weight training today. I did about 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight training. So far today has been good but not as great as I expected.

(I think we all need a grammar lesson) Anyways, like Calvin, I came to find Billy gone because of a sickness. Calvin had just left, however, Edwin was still here. I played some ping-pong with Edwin before he left, and then I tried to set a record with the bench press, keyword is “tried”, II didn’t manage to set a new record sadly, but I knew I hadn’t gotten to that point yet. Anyways, a little while later, Anderson came and played some ping-pong with me, and taught me how to smash. I got a lot better playing with Anderson. After that we did some weightlifting. He taught me some techniques that I could use to train key muscles, ones that would help me in my life. After that, everyone commented on how much I was sweating…

Today I wake up at 5:30am. Billy tells me to change my shoes because of better for hygiene and last longer. And we left the building at 6:00am. During the drive to the office Billy tell me “ Canadians are hard working people they wake up early example “there are many cars on the road at 6:00am”. When we reach to the office Steve just finish his P.T I when to change my P.T gear I drink 250 mL 3.25% milk before my exercise. I start with my for my First 99 minutes on the treadmill on a level of intervals Max of 5.0 and minimum is 3.8. Billy said: Mom Send me a mail: don’t ask me to eat too much it because I mix up food so I get the Billy ask me to start writing note is better for your future. I have a few stop when I am treadmill because I didn’t answer the question correctly. I finish my first part of gym at 8:45pm. Later, I went back to change and really for the day. After I finish my first part of gym, we then have tasty breakfast. We ate bun with Margarine and bun with Margarine with egg and 250mL 3.25% milk. I felt really full after eating the breakfast. I feel leg felt really tired. After finished my 99 minutes running we to study for my writing test. After I finish the study test we when to pick up something for Lampo. Afterword we when to Costco to buy what I need to ate next few days. We buy 2 x 24” pizzas, 2 bag of Banana, 1 bag of cheese, 1 box of Tomato, 1 bag of milk, ice cream, bread, watermelon, chocolates and soymilk. After we left Costco we went back to Monticle head quarter. We when back we put some of the food in to the frezech. I eat a sandwich make by Billy. It is tasty. The sandwich had 2 eggs mix with Rose beef with cheese. I have 3 piece of watermelon. Billy gave me a big piece of chocolate name Tobleoromen. It is very sweet. I like it badly. Afterword, I when to write the blog about what happen this afternoon. When I am writing the blog, Anderson asks me to write the word test. I have 45 words and I got 8 wrong. It is not that bad but so many stupid mistakes. For example, Sandwiches I wrote Sandwich or Medal is not Matel. Stupid mistake like that will be gone. If I spend more time to think about what I wrote. Today is a very fine day. In afternoon, we when to play Ping-Pong for practice my hands & eyes coordination and more… It was really fun. Afterword we disassemble the Fearthcrafts. We find out a lot of part are damaged and breaks. This is not cool. We have to fix a lot of stuffs and we dissemble the K2 and K1 it takes us along time and we can’t do the second part of P.T training. We need some more maintaining for the K2 and K1 before the next trips. After that I wrote my blog. And I have another pices of Tobleormen chocolate. I will have pizza for dinner.

24 September 2011 - Today I helped Billy buy a new treadmill, and renovate the gym. we started off by going to a few places I had found online, unfortunately, every single place did not exist -.- ... anyways, after checking Billy's Iphone, I found an address for fitness depot, where we looked around the store, and found a good treadmill. This treadmill however, was so heavy, I was convinced that it was just a giant piece of steel, in a cardboard box. After some lengthy struggling to get this piece of metal into the sprinter, we headed back to HQ to assemble the treadmill (it turns out it's actually a treadmill! not just a heavy piece of metal) when we were done with the treadmill, we tried to level the ping pong table, in the end, we raised it too high, and had to lower it again. Afterwords, we went to my house to eat dinner, along with Bronson and his cousin, Mars (i was told it was Mars, don't ask).

26 September 2011 - Today was a normal day at Monticle, I got here at around 4:00, however, Billy wasn’t there, and so I started on the elliptical for an hour. After that, Billy told me to use the strength-training manual that was in his office, and I learned a lot about weightlifting. I started out with some bench presses (40), continued from there. I ended the day off with some sit-ups. I’ll be back on Wednesday. Hopefully, Calvin is there so we can play Ping-Pong.

24, 25, 26 September 2011
Friday night, I finish my 90 min in treadmill. I get change and we went back to our apartment. Billy after you finish your dinner come to my house and watch movie. My dinner was fried rice with Oster. After I finish I went to watch full metal jacket for 1 hour or so and I went my to Steve apartment to have a sleep.
Saturday morning, I wake up at 8:30 and we left the apartment at 9:00am. We first when to M.B. D to give document for selling the motorcycle. I eat my breakfast there. It is good. Roger to fix up the cable box. After we went to the Roger Department, they don’t except us, because of the Varity it is just for a year. Afterword we went back to pick up Alastair, later we went backs to the apartment and pick Vingi up. We went in to NCIX ask if they have hard rive for the cable box. We ate lunch in the place call diamond. We drove the car back to the Monticle head quarter and drove the sprinter down. We drove to many different place most of them are wrong or is undated. We find a place call fitness depot. We went in and we try different kind of gym Equipment. So we try different treadmill, most them are for training. After we choose our treadmill. We pay. Billy drove the sprinter. The treadmill is so big that the sprinter can’t fit. So we pick the front sit to the back. And put the treadmill to the front horizontally down to the front sit. Afterword we went back to Monticle headquarters. We drove the sprinter near the back door. We moved the treadmill to the training area. We then start organizing the gym equipment then we move the Bing bong ball table to the side and measure and balance each side. Later we start making the treadmill it takes us sometime. Then we take the hard drive out from the cable fox and put it in the car. The time we finish it was noontime, we pack our stuff and I forgave my buddle of dirty cloth and we left. We then drove to Alistair house to have dinner. I meet fancy and Bronson and I met to two big brother. Then make. We eat beef, vegetable, rice with chicken, Sushi, seafood and pop. I then went to Alastair room at talk and cheat and watch TV. After we finish dinner we drove back to our apartment it is really late already late is about 11 o’clock. It is really lat. We have a bath and we all went to sleep.
Saturday, mornings I wake up at 8:30 and when out at 9:00. I first when to Billy house and talk to my mother. Afterword we when to T and T Supermarket to buy some food for the day later. Then we when to diamond to eat with my parent sister and my big brother and grandmother. Billy when to the office fixes the hard drive from the cable box. While we are still eating. After we finish eating we have a walking around first Markham place. Afterword I went back to my apartment and do a clean up of my room and my bathroom. I clean for 4 hours I went to Billy home to watch movie and ate dinner. I eat many different food chocolate, milk, Swiss roll and peach. My dinner I ate a lot of rice with Chinese sausage, black bean fish with egg and I watch a movie call Gone in 60 minutes. I am a grate movie about grand theft auto. Later I went back to Steve apartment to have a bath and sleep.
Monday morning, I wake up at about five and a half. We walk out the apartment at 6:00am we walk for and hour or so we reach to the office. We get change and we go straight to training for a 99 minutes run. Only the first part of PT training we already burn1000 or more calories over a pattern of interval. We then have breakfast after the first part of pt. I drink a liter of milk and eat a Swiss root and I stow a peach from my lunch. I find out that milk and peach don’t mix. I end up with a big stomachage and I feel really tired went I am typing my blog. Some how I got on to Internet without permission and I search a car about Pontiac G8 and I end up getting in a lot of problem. Later I will go to walk to the M.B dealer ship it will be pain in the bud. I don’t eat lunch because I don’t feel hungry and I scare of getting more problems this afternoon. Because forget many things from my blog, Billy was really sick about it. I feel like I am living in crap that I have created. There are many things that I did wrong so I have to fix up by going to treadmill for a long times. I eat 2 eggs and my stomach feel painful. Today there is a lot of crappy stuff going on so it will not be good. I feel like throwing up badly, I have to run more than and hour so it will not be good. I feel like crap today. Because when I write the blog I forget a lot of things. I learn a lot today. My stomach is still crapping. Then we walk to M.B service to get Billy car. When we are walking I see Canadian Autumn were. Everywhere looks beautiful. When we reach to service the M.B worker check to make surer everything in the car was. Then we when out from the M.B service and when to shell to put some diesel in to the car. After we when back to office I saw Alastair and change my P.T gear and go for a 99-minute run, afterword I finish my run and I went to write the blog.

Last night was long night. After I do my 90 minutes intervals run I get change clean the gym equipment and when to write the blog. Afterword, we when to Moss Park for sometime. When we were on the highway to Richmond Hill I see white smoke coming out from Billy’s R-Class. When we pick Vingi up and we went to a mall. On the way to the mall I smell some smoke from diesel form somewhere out side. When we reach to the mall. We park our car. We find out there is still smell coming out from somewhere. Billy checks the car. He find out that the diesel was leaking out from the diesel tank or back up fuel pump or something. Billy calls the Mercedes Benz dealer company for help. The company said he would not tow the car unless all the fuel is out and it is not safe. Billy calls the nearest police department ask help. A While later, the police and the fire fighter has come. Billy asks me to guide the police car to here. I did. When I reach here to the police I tell him that is the guy with the black jacket. At that time the police car is turning around and the fire truck had the are on everyone from the noodle shop was looking at me? It is quiet scary in some way. Afterword the Billy talks to the firemen and the police what basically happen. The firemen put some fuel-dissolved sand to cover it the diesel fuel off. After some time the policemen and the fire fighter had gone. Billy calls the tow truck service from M.B Company. After a long time we wait for the tow truck. About and hour and a half the tow truck was here. Billy and me guide the tow truck toward the parking location. They talk for sometimes. Billy turn the car around and let the tow truck work on it way. We left after the tow truck and we walk back to Time Square mall to have dinner. We ate fried rice with fried carrot cake and noodle. We walk back home and ready for tomorrow. It is really late that time is about 11:00pm at night. I reach home and bath and I went to bed.
Friday morning, I wake up at about 7:30am. We went out the apartment at 7:50am. We reach to the office and I eat my breakfast. We went to Billy car park for a clean of his bike. After I finish clean the first bike, they went out to the M.B car dealer. I wait in the car park for about an hour. Vingi went back to the office with the car and I am along that time. Billy came back with Anderson. I clean the second bike. We drove back to the car dealership. But there was a lot of traffic during the time. So we were reach there a bit late. So when we reach there, we clean the bike. Billy was wet because the weather was rainy. We drove the bike down. We clean it up the bike. We went up to lunch. We eat lunch in the M.B dealer. We eat tinny sandwich and drinks. Later Billy takes the some picture of his bike. Billy felt sad. We drive back with Anderson. During the time I sleep on Anderson car for some time. When I wake up I reach to the office all ready. I meet Alastair, Calvin and Jacky. Billy asks me go for the treadmill for 99 min for ones only. When I am running Calvin, Jacky and Alastair playing with Bing Bong ball. Billy don’t have time so we I just need to run for once I am so lucky today. After I finish gym, Alastair and Me lean how to workout with Leo. After I write the blog for the day. Tomorrow, I maybe go to Alastair house for dinner. I am look forward for it. The treadmills help me a lot. I feel good after the run. I will keep working on it when I reach home to Hong Kong. Everything felt better ever time you go on the treadmill. Tomorrow I will have a break and I will keep running. Tonight I will have bath and a good sleep. Have a good Holiday!!!

Today I arrived to find a Ping-Pong table in the middle of the gym that was surprising. Well anyways, I came back today, and Leo came a little later. After I finished my cardio training, he taught me the correct way to do weightlifting. It turns out I haven’t really done it the right way. Billy came a little later after I came, and it turns out he had a bad day. So his day started with him trying to get his leaking car fixed, cause his car was leaking diesel and the fire department was called. Then he sold his motorcycles to pay for the equipment in the gym… anyways, Billy, Vingi and Edwin are coming over to my house tomorrow to eat dinner with us, and I’m looking forwards to it.

Last night the day was cool and chill. First I went to the bank with Billy. We went in a place western restaurant for dinner. Billy said if you do well you get good food. Billy buys two set of special meal. Billy had beef with pepper source and I choose Beef with grill source. We both had drink with soup and bun. Billy had fried chicken with French-fried. It is a good dinner. I like the food a lot. Afterword we went to the desert shop to buy desert for vinigi. After then we went back t out car and drove home. I went home I take a quiet bath and breath my teeth. Listen to some music and went to sleep.
I wake up and about 7:30am and we leave the building by 8:00pm. We then went to the office. Billy said eat the beef noodle from last day and the fried chicken with French-fried will be my lunch. So I eat my breakfast, and I start writing what happen from last night till today. Billy said do it quiet we have to start out physical train. Then I have a nature call afterword I when for a 99 minutes treadmill in a pattern of interval.
After I finish the 99 minutes intervals run, Billy ask me to get change and go to eat lunch. We drove our Sprinter we off to First Markham place; when we reach there the car park was nearly full. We fin and quiet parking stop and we go straight to lunch. Billy asks me to buy Newspaper. Billy when to buy lunch he when to a place calls HK BBQ shore to buy food. He buys two meals. On of the meal is BBQ pork rice and one is BBQ pork with duck rice. We both have drinks and soups. After we finish lunch we get back to the sprinter. And we went to treadmill factory to check for some good treadmill to buy, because the old treadmills have they will need it back. We did find any good treadmill, so leave treadmill factory. We then drove to a place. A place where they train professional Bing bong ball player. We when inside they show us around. Most of the trainer their make the kids and teens train them to win a lot of metal and own a lot of money. Afterword Billy asks if we can buy a world professional Bing bong ball table. The trainer boss there are very friendly, he measure the height and width and deepness of our sprinter. We then life the Bing bong ball table in to the sprinter carefully. The trainer said he want have some body to train their team in physical and mentally. We then drove back to our apartment to get a Bing bong ball stuff. Later we went back to office quietly. We park our sprinter. Billy asks me to get the Bing bong ball stuff and out jacket and ask Anderson for help. I when and I tell Anderson to help. I went for a zip of water. Later we carry our heavy big Bing bong table make to the training area. We move few kayaka and table and gym equipment. We then when to find out what happen to hour winner boat. We find out that the boat sponson was squach of two-piece of matel and was destroy. It is a very expensive boat. When I am working on the blog a bell ring from the back. It is something for Lampo I went out and gives the box to Lampo. He said that he needs a hammer so I went for it. Billy ask me to when up and get the hammer back or it will stay there forever. So I when up and get it. Afterword, Billy tells me to go to the treadmill for 90 minutes. It is tired but I feel good. I past the writing test. I am happy.

Today I went to Monticle for some good weight training and some cardio workout. However I did not expect Billy to have brought a table tennis table, so I spent most of the time helping Billy and Vanessa set it up. It was a pretty fun time building it, the table was also very expensive. I also got the chance to use Billy’s paddle. After he told me that it costs 600 dollars I didn’t want to touch it anymore. After the fun I had more fun, this time however I was on the bike for 45 minutes. It seemed like a long time as time passed it seemed harder and harder, I guess that I need more cardio training after all. I hope that in the future would get the chance to pay the table tennis more, which I have heard increases your reflexes. So that’s all for today, I hope Michaels coming back soon. You hear that Michael we got table tennis now too. Muahahahaha. Also Edwin’s mental and Physical capabilities have improved significantly after Billy got the weights and exercise machines. Edwin seems much more focused now and less immature like he use to be. I hope he will continue improving so he can get into Robert Land Academy.

21 September 2011 - Endurance training in and outdoor

I joined Edwin around 4:00, when he was doing his jogging/spelling test (he’s still going). Anyways, I warmed up with about an hour of biking on the stationary bike in the gym, and then I went to the weights. Bronson was there too, and he started on some weights. Billy showed me how to do an exercise working the calf muscles. He set me on lifting 180lbs 15 times in total, and then another 15 reversed, and 180 pounds is pretty much my body weight! Next was the pull-down(?) bar, with about 90 lbs. After that, I started on push-ups with the weights, so I would lie down and push weights up. I used about 30 lbs. each hand, and Billy told me that my goal would be to lift my own body weight. Sorry Billy, your weights aren’t heavy enough for that :P. This took me until 6:15. I will not be coming on tomorrow, because I have a band practice.

Today I wick up at 6:00am on the morning. I wear my jeans, t-shirt and jacket and start my day. We went out the apartment and about 6:30am straight. Billy asks me to get change we will start walking. The temperatures around 7 *c. The day is dark and Cloudy and a bit of fog. During the walk we see a lot of different things happening. Through out the walk we see a lot of busy people. There face a very busy and rush. When we were walking, women walk by and hit me. She said why don’t you give away. Billy said she is a very bad temper. So we just keep on walking. We see a lot of Porsche droved by the road most of them are boxster cabriolet, tube and Carrera-S. We then when to a Mercedes Benz car fix service for a zip of water and a toilet break. Billy teacher me how to match when we are walking. I have a hard time doing it. Billy teacher me most of the easy way to do match. Stay aline and follow people foots steps. Also Billy tells me that away bring a pack you never know what happen in tomorrow and the future. afterword we walk back to the office. We walk by Time square mall; we then went to a bakery store. Billy buys 2 soymilk and 2-curry bun, sweet milk bun, bun for our breakfast. Billy read newspaper there too. We stay there for sometime. Afterword, we walk back to the office. During the walk back office I saw a lot of traffic and road contrition. The time we when back to office the sun still shine and there is still some fog. The weather is bad. When I reach to office I have to go for a nature call. I drink some water and have a break for fifteen minutes. We walk about for three hours. Afterword I did the blog, suddenly, Billy tell me that my dad had call me. Dad tells me that have to be good. Start taking notes if you forgot anything. My dad is not sleeped yet. It 11:30pm mom has a sleep already. Later this afternoon I will have a lot of running training to do that will be later. I talk to dad about 15 minutes. Now I have to do some math for the next 45mins. Then I will have lunch. I did some of my math for sometime. We have lunch together, I eat fried beef noodle with soup and soymilk. Billy said if you eat that slow in Robert land I don’t thing you get to eat. I have to learn to eat fester. After I eat lunch Billy said you have to go to the treadmill for the next 3 hours and 20 minutes straight and I have a writing test on the treadmill the same time too. I get change and really. I study my test. Billy set the treadmill for 99 min at the max see of 6 and slow down at 4.8 it going in a interval path. When I almost finish my first 99 minutes run I have a writing test. It got about 24 words. During the run I think pretty quiet so I get a few words wrong. After I finish the first run. I past my test to Anderson. He tells me that I got 2 words wrong. I find that I forgot “unversity” with out an “I” so it got wrong. It should be I “university”. I got the second word wrong too. Then I when back too the treadmill for and other 99mins run. When I am running I feel much easier. After I finish my running I when and clean the dusty that I make from my shoes. Most of the black plastic dusty where crate by my shoes. If I stop scorch it that will not happen. I throw the plastic dirty out side. I just find out the weather has change really fast during the afternoon. It is now raining and raining not stop and I did notice it. Afterwards I get change and start my blogging. Over the next few days It will be raining. Today I feel really good. Because I can feel myself pushing physical and mentally. I just need to use my brain more on everything. Tomorrow I will start packing choose for the different weather condition and needs.

20 September 2011 - Endurance training continue

Today I return to Monticle to continue my training. Calvin and Edwin had already been here for a week, and managed to get a head start on their training. I wish Michael was here, he could amaze us with his jogging :P. I started a new training program, concentrating on a little more endurance than before. I had no problem with the biking, but the weights were a little harder for me. We rotated with 20 lbs. weights, and pull-ups with 90 lbs. I’ll be back on Thursday, and maybe tomorrow, for more training.

Today I was not doing very well during PT, it was very hard for me to stay awake. I felt as though my eyes were closing by themselves. Well, I jogged for 30 minutes, and then for another hour, then did weight exercises. That was it for today. Alastair finally came to Monticle in two weeks. While I was lifting the weights I could not do very well. For the jogging I was all right though. Michael you should really come back, you would definitely enjoy this program Billy put up

Today I woke up at about 6:30am In the morning and I went out the door at about 7:30pm.I wait for sometime. Billy came and said that I should go with Steve, some how the plant change and I don’t know what going on. Billy drove me back to office. I change Micheal computer for about 2 hours it take along time to get everthing done, beucause uploading flims and design work take a long time. After they have finish fixing the computer. I wait sometime for Billy for tell me what to do it. So I waited for some time later, that day Billy was talking sometime about school. Anderson gave me some enlish writing test for today. But I did finish Afterword I did a 45 mins interval max of 6.0 and slow down back to 4.0. Afterword we went to Toronto downtown KFC for lunch we have French fries, fried chicken with pop. I eat 2 bag of fries and 4 priese ofchicken. Billy said you have to eat the rest, But I am full so that will be my left over for tomorrow. We read Newspeper there. Afterword we went to Ford yard army for sometime about half and hours. At last we went to Downtown Mercedes Benz dealer ship for some business. It I a good day. Then at noontime we went back to office and we meet Calvin and Alastair at the headquarter. I did a second run for 99 mins I did 30 sit up , pull up for 30 time , wide press for 30 time , narrow press for 30 time too. Calvin asin me on how to do it. The first few time is really had. But later it became really eazy. Tomorrow we will do more running. I was about tired after the the running. Later, I get change and I write the blog for today. After I type the blog. I eat a whole moon cake but I am still hungry.

The start of my holiday is on last Friday afternoon. Billy buy me food next few day of my holiday. I start with watching a movie call Source Code. It is about a training bombing. The US government use source code operation ask a to find there bomber in the train using the playback from his memories before the bombing happen. Afterword have a bath and went to sleep.
The next day which is Sunday, I start my day by wick up at 7:00am in the Moring. I start watching movie again. I watch a movie call inception is about dream. the movie start with a idea call dream stealer. At first day start with a team, They have the technology to a dream together. They have to find a engeer to build a dream for a company son to show that he can build a batter company than his dad. I watch other movie call HANNA. It is about a girl who live in the forest. His father was some bad people. The US government trying to stop the girl from crossing to spain to find his grandmother. The US government is trying to kill her. She is a girl that have a perfect DNA of a soldier. To make a better soldier. Her father was kill by the US government. That about it. Afterword I started to get tired. So I went to sleep for sometime. I end up eating dinner at 9:00pm. Afterword I eat dinner and I sleep.
Sunday day morning, I wick up at 8:00pm I started to do the clean up at the morning. When I am finish half way. My uncle ask come for granddad Tum for giving. They pick me up our apartment. We first for grand dad tum afterword we went for lunch at the outside. Afterword I went to uncle house for a break. Billy pick me up at my uncle house. We went back to office to cheak on micheal computer. We talk for sometime till dinner. We went to dinner at around 8:00pm. Afterword billy said I have to clean my bathroom because it is dirty. So I did.
Monday morning I wick up at 6:00am Billy tell me I got some business to do you will go with steve so I did. after I went to office, I sleep for 2 hours. Tammy give me a word test. But I fail 2 words so. I have to run for 30min on the treadmill. Billy said you will do a hour for now. Went I am working on the treadmill I forgot to do some starching, I leg feel hurt went I run. I learn to remember to do starching before gym. Afterword, I change my normal clothe ready to write my blog. I have to write about what happen this holiday. If I don’t finish I don’t will not have lunch. I will do some more cardio and gym training this afternoon.

We went to first Markham for our lunch, we went to Calvin’s mom for lunch, We eat rice with chicken vegetable, fried chickens and beef with vegetable. We have soymilk and soup too. We stay there about 45 min. we have a lot of left over so that will be my dinner. We went back to office and write the blog afterword I will do some math.

Outdoor & Indoor Endurance training before weekend rest

Today I got up at 5:30am and ready for the day. At about 6:30pm, Billy and I drove out the building to a place named Too Good Point. The sky was clear and the air was clean. The temperature was about 7c is a bit cool. When we reached Too Good point. Before exercise I ate half a moon cake. Then we did ten minutes of stretching. We then had a fast walk for 1 hour at a speed of 6.5 km per hour. During the fast walk we saw a lot of people and ducks. We saw a Porsche Cabriolet with a colour of silver driving on the road. We rounded it up by doing 30 push-ups. After we left Too Good point, we went to a place called Ming Fai, a Hong Kong style breakfast. I ate ham omelet with butter bread, luncheon meat with macaroni, two cups of Horlicks and a cup of tea. During breakfast we read newspapers and read a magazine. When we got back to the office it is about 9:00am. Right away I went to take a nature call.
During in class training this morning. I forgot a lot of things so Billy tried to help me to remember. He adds 19 extra minutes run in total on treadmill of 13 km per hour. 1 extra minute for each one item that I forgot or miss spelling.
I have 45 minutes run at 7km per hour other than the extra run. Afterword we went to lunch. I ate BBQ port rice, soup, and soymilk. It was really tasty. Lastly we went to T&T supermarket to buy food and drink for my Saturday and Sunday supplies because Billy has to work in the Army this weekend.
There is another routine 45 minutes run before end of day. Wish me luck. I am so tired but I feel so good. See you all next week!

Edwin & Calvin - Endurance Training to a New Level

This morning, we start up with 60 min interval on the trackmill. Afterword I did 50 sit up on batch, weight lifting of 50 times for the weight of 35lb x 2, 45lb x 2 on leg batch for 50 time and Front & back for 50 times. I did gym about an hour and a half. It is a very good start for myself. I feel that my body is shaking after gym and running, but I feel good.
After we do gym, we went to a Chinese Restaurant for lunch. There are a lot of people there. Friend and family. In there, I have eaten chicken leg, Chinese carrot cake, spicy Octopus, and some more Dim sums. Billy tells us from the Newspaper about the downfall of the market effect us and how come people go to war. To life in HK, if you want to rent an office you need to pay $150 HK dollar per sq. foot. ever inch of the office with the cleaning, air con with electricity Bills, Water bills and more. The other article said an England couples brought a world’s most expansive boat. Afterword, we went back to office, Billy asks me to write the blog about the lunch and continue to assemble old Mac connection.
After I eat lunch, Billy asks me to assumable the old Mac Computer and does some update on them. Afterword I do some math for 1 hour and a half. After I finish doing my math. Billy was return from the Bank, He tell me how many minutes did you run for this morning. I said 45. He gave me 3 chances but I still said the same. Later Billy tell me that I have to be responsible for what I said so I have to do 15 minutes more running plus 10 minutes extra run for what I have done.
This afternoon I have a huge mistake when I talk. So I have a 55min cardio interval on a speed of 8 km/h and slower speed for a 5km/h. I feel tired but at the same time I feel good after the run. But it is true that I have to be responsible for what I’ve done and said.
Then I did 10 set of bench press and Back press. Afterword, we clean our gym equipment. We went to eat. I eat a lot for food. 2 cans of pre-cook chicken noodle soup and 2 oranges and a pop. I feel really good after eating it. Billy tell me that this is what soldier eat went they are in war. Afterword I went back to change and write the blog.

Calvin

Today at Monticle I did not expect to do one hundred Reps of Arm curls, bench presses, and Lat-pull downs, Leg presses. I also jogged for 45 minutes and for another 15 minutes. Today’s workout was way more intense than yesterdays, my arms and legs will probably be in much pain tomorrow. Though it was a tough workout I enjoyed it very much because I knew it was good for me. I think that if I continue this training my body would become a very fit one instead of a just fit one. I hope that on Monday I will be doing more cardio instead of weight training, it’ll give me a chance to rest up. Today Billy also gave us some food to eat and it was delicious albeit a bit cold. It was the most delicious meal I ever ate, especially after a workout.
